If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please
complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us
immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact will have no consequences
for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty
rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or
transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

8.1 Liability for defects

The statutory liability law for defects applies.

The following applies to consumers based in Switzerland:

As soon as it is feasible after the normal course of
business, you should check the condition of the received item and, if defects
arise for which the seller has to provide a warranty, immediately notify it. If
the consumer fails to do so, the purchased item shall be deemed to have been
approved, insofar as it is not a defect that could not be detected during the
exercise-based examination. If such defects occur later, the notification must
be made immediately after discovery, otherwise, the item is also considered to
have been accepted in consideration of these defects.

Return the defective product with a description of the
defect to us and you will bear the transport costs incurred. We provide a
warranty by correcting defects. This is done at our discretion either by
eliminating the defect (rectification) or by delivering a defect-free item
(replacement delivery). If the subsequent performance fails, you are entitled
to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply in case of insignificant
defects.

8.2 Warranties and customer service

Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions
can be found in the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of
which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on
which the contractual partner may regularly rely, (cardinal obligations) due to
slight negligence on our part, Our legal representatives or vicarious agents'
